Each of our soccer lessons, clinics, and camps focus on 3 areas: Mindset, Technical Skills, and Soccer Fitness. We have found that the best female athletes are those that have honed their skills in each of these areas.

  • Mindset includes focusing on developing a championship mentality, leadership, teamwork, sportsmanship, communication, and confidence. An athlete’s mentality will make or break her, and Girl Boss Sports is here to help your daughter develop a mindset that will prepare her for success in soccer AND in life.
  • Technical Skills include footwork, juggling, dribbling, passing, shooting, and a ton of intentional small touches per session (often as many as 2000 touches in a session). These skills are the foundation for everything else in the game of soccer.
  • Soccer Fitness involves all things related to being able to move effectively as a soccer player on the field – including speed and agility, balance, endurance, flexibility, and more. These activities help to prepare the athlete’s body to handle whatever a soccer game throws at her.
