Here’s how it works:

If you are selected, we will then conduct a free phone interview to make sure we are a good match
If you are accepted into the program, you can then send us your latest game or practice footage. Girl Boss Sports CEO Sarah Wolfer will then conduct analysis and identify the strengths/ needs of the athlete
Together we will then come up with a training plan in collaboration with the athlete and her support system
Every week we will have a 30 minute call via Skype, Zoom, or by phone to assess progress, make adjustments as needed, and ensure accountability to the goals we identified together. We will discuss how the week went, what skills the athlete worked on, identify any barriers to progress, and adjust the training plan to help the athlete find success
The program lasts 10 or 20 weeks – (though many clients prefer to continue after this)
Cost is $50 per week – If paid in entirety all up front discount is provided to bring total cost to $450 for 10 weeks (one week free) or $900 for 20 weeks (two weeks free). When comparing prices with our competition, we are more than 50% cheaper!
Just like in our in-person training, we always focus on three key areas as part of our training plans – Mindset, Technical Skills, and Soccer Fitness.
- We will help your daughter prepare her Mindset to be that of a champion – on AND off the soccer field. We work on confidence, communication, leadership, teamwork, respect, and more!
- Technical skills are really about a TON of touches – (anywhere from 2000+ touches per day is ideal). We will include skills such as footwork, dribbling, passing, shooting, in addition to the tactical aspects of the game identified in the practice or game footage.
- Soccer fitness is all about developing the athlete’s body and fitness level to be specific to the sport of soccer. We work on things such as speed, agility, endurance, quick movements, balance, and coordination.
