Sports performance mental coaching helps our #GirlBoss Athletes improve performance and consistency in sports. The goal of this coaching is to help our athletes overcome barriers that have been holding them back from achieving their true potential in sports. We can help the athlete in your life overcome negative mindsets and beliefs by utilizing mental toughness training skills and peak performance strategies to perform well in competition.

There are many challenges today that our female athletes face, and our CEO Sarah Wolfer is ready to help the next generation overcome these obstacles on their road to successful sports careers and lives. Sarah is a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) and Mental Health Professional (MHP) in WA state. Sarah has also been coaching soccer for 15 years in a variety of settings including schools, colleges, private training, clubs, and nonprofit organizations. In addition, as an athlete herself with the Seattle Majestics women’s professional tackle football team (and formerly a semi-pro soccer player in the WPSL), Sarah understands what it takes to succeed at the highest levels of competition in sports.
