All of our coaches, professional and alike, are under the Team page on our website. From this window, you are able to scroll down and see headshots of our coaches, including what area they are currently in. If you click on the headshots, you will be able to read the biographies and backgrounds of each of our coaches. Most coaches have their soccer experience in their biographies so you are able to choose based on what the player is looking for.
If you need to reschedule or cancel a session, the first important step is to let the coach know that you can no longer attend. After the coach is made aware, you can cancel the session on your Acuity account or reschedule the session and then find a new time that works for the session. If you are having trouble with cancelling or rescheduling, you are welcome to email the Administrative QB at firstname.lastname@example.org for help. One thing to note about cancelling the session is that your payment will be refunded or the session will be added back to the package, if that is what you purchased.
If the coach is a no-show, please email the Administrative QB at email@example.com. You will not be charged for this session. At GBS we value your time and accountability, so we apologize for any no-shows and hope that the mishap was due to extenuating circumstances.
You can purchase session packages HERE. Once that is done, you will take the code that you received when purchasing that package, and schedule your appointments through acuity with the coach of your choosing using that code (instead of paying). You can schedule all the sessions at once, or you can schedule them each week as you wish. This is very important to do, as it covers liability for the session this way and it ensures that the coach gets paid the appropriate amount.
