We will educate each athlete on soccer-specific skill development as well as the implementation of mental skills training and fitness specific to female soccer players. Our curriculum covers everything from basic soccer fundamentals: defending, attacking, finishing, passing, and ball control, to more advanced technique and strategy
such as: game situations, decision making, and 1 v 1 situations.
We will also have a Goalkeeper specific portion for all the goalies out there!
The athletes will also be able to develop championship skills like goal-setting, teamwork, confidence, leadership, and mental toughness through our curriculum developed by our licensed mental health professional and will gain valuable insights from our lineup of powerful women speakers.
In addition, we will have a certified personal trainer present to work on fitness training specific to female soccer players. This summer camp isn’t JUST about soccer – This camp is going to prepare your daughter to succeed both on AND off the field.
